| About us Kaupmehe Kinnisvara LLC was established in 1999, it specializes in real estate development and real estate consultations. Our principle is to build only beautiful and high-quality apartment buildings making no concessions on their appearance and functionality. Our project managers have directed the construction of apartment buildings at 24 Tina Street and at 20 Koidu Street in Tallinn (See Projects Done)- which were chosen as the most beautiful buildings in Tallinn in 2006. Currently we are constructing two apartment buildings at 43 and 45 Faehlmanni Street in Kadriorg district ,Tallinn - age old buildings will be renovated to perfect quality,preserving many original details . The large plot of 3000 square metres will have an exceptional living environment with tall trees,grill house and planting of greenery. In the near future, several high - quality apartment buildings will be built on Kaupmehe Street in the centre of Tallinn, and one in Kalamaja district of Tallinn. In addition to Tallinn, the company is also engaged in several major projects abroad- one in Latvia, near Riga and one in Dubrovnik in Croatia. The company has four employees. |
